G8V Flame taming screens

Flame taming screens in accordance with guide line EN 12874/class IIA. European guide lines state that, openings for ventilation, should have a flame taming element. The purpose is to prevent the ignition of flammable vapour/air mixtures in the environment where they are contained. In combination with a fire resistant grille, a flame taming and fire resistant device is created.

Application

As a flame taming element in a ventilation opening, if required , in combination with a fire resistant grille.
